Over 20 years’ experience of organisational management and development, business processes and organizational change management and capacity building including role of knowledge and innovation.

Organisation analysis, design, development and organizational change management skills especially to support implementation of new IT solutions including Financial Management Information Systems (FMIS) and Tax Administration Systems.

Good communication, reporting, presentation, team development and workshop facilitation skills.

Hold 2 x MBAs from leading business schools and practitioner certifications in organizational change management, design sprints, strategy facilitation, program, project and risk management and shared services.

Awarded MBE for leadership role in security sector reform project in Northern Ireland.
