Junisse has over 20 years experience as a consultant leading high performing E&S teams across the region and environmental and social impact assessment and due diligence of major projects. Highly familiar with Equator Principles and IFC Performance Standards on Environment and Social Sustainability. She has worked in Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand. She was most recently the Advisory Sector Leader for Southeast Asia at global engineering consultancy Mott MacDonald. Prior to this, she successfully led their environmental and social practice in Southeast Asia. Her more recent projects include the delivery of the UK FCDO’s Global Future Cities Programme in Southeast Asia as the Country Lead for the Philippines, and the environmental and social impact assessment of the New Manila International Airport in Bulacan, Philippines.
