Mozambican developmental and emergency professional with 22 years of experiences leading the pilot and implementation of the EU, CIDA/CANADA, USAID, DFID, and UNICEF funded programs acting as Provincial projects and programs officer, Provincial and National Project manager and Chief of Field Office with Helvetas, Malaria Consortium, Save the Children International, and UNICEF respectively. And acted as UNICEF Angola, WFP Mozambique, Options Consultancy Services UK, Hera Belgium and AETs consultant supporting the rollout of the nutrition program, supporting Manica provincial government in elaboration of the Multisectoral Action Plan for the Reduction of Chronic Malnutrition, leading the demand side financing (Maternal, Neonatal and child Health program), food security and nutrition, Nutrition governance, Integrated health and nutrition programs, evaluating the MoH nutrition supply chain commodities, and mapping civil society organizations.
