Monitoring and Evaluation Expert, with gender focus;

Carrying out the mission preparation, including the analysis of the most relevant documents

Preparation and consolidation of the mission agenda in coordination with relevant European Commission´s services (mainly EU Delegations in third countries) and with implementing partners

Organization of the mission

On field monitoring of the project via interviews, focal groups and ad-hoc short participatory workshops with main project stakeholders, including, social sector, public authorities, implementing partners and beneficiaries

Production of monitoring reports: analysis of the DAC criteria (Relevance, Efficiency, Effectiveness, Sustainability) and horizontal issues (gender mainstreaming and environment). Issuance of conclusions and recommendations addresses mainly at implementing partners and the European Commission Services

Analyses of the level of achievement of the main project results and indicators/targets’, with relevant analyses of gender indicators and the output-outcome spectrum

Coordination with and response to the requirements of the Quality Control process.
