About

August 2022.

Hello,

My name is Dalia, I am a strategic project manager and designer, with a solid experience in communications, logistics, organization, and cultural projects. I am eager to find an organization that wants to count on my knowledge, experience, and creativity.

I graduated in 2018 with Distinction from the Erasmus Program Master´s Degree in Strategic Project Management (European), which was developed in Italy, the United Kingdom, and Scandinavia, and obtained the same award for my Master Thesis about Intercultural Communication Management. Cultural diversity has always been one of my passions. I have had the pleasure to work with a huge diversity of people from all over the world, of different ages, cultures, professions, and backgrounds.

My professional career began as a graphic designer. I graduated with a grade of 100/of 100 on my graduation paper and Design Portfolio.  I always loved the challenge and greatness of the creative process, whose final purpose is to find a solution to a problem, improve a solution that works, and innovate towards something beyond to make this world better for everyone.

My organizational competencies, my responsibility, and my creativity led me to be hired to manage, direct, and produce more complex projects, from organizational identity to big political and social campaigns with different organizations. I have always been driven by change, perseverance, and resilience. My work areas have been politics, cultural rights, environmental awareness, and equality; and in every project I do in any industry sector, I always have that in mind.

I have worked on different development projects through cooperation and governmental offices in El Salvador. I have as well represented in Latin American forums, conferences, and organizations. I have also been an activist for cultural rights, becoming part of the board of coordination of the Round Table of cultural workers which made a historical change that started by building cultural policies of the country and handing them to the former president at that time. In the following years, we continued the mission until we built the National Law of Arts and Culture which was approved by the former Congress in 2016, right when I left to study for my master’s degree in Europe thanks to winning one of 3 Scholarships for “Salvadorean Talent”.

Now, I am honored to have been granted with a working residence permit for Highly Skilled Persons by the Netherlands, a creative country with a magnificent history, where equality, human rights, solidarity, and cultural diversity have always characterized this nation.

When given the opportunity, I have a record of excelling and creating positive outcomes.

Hoping to get your response soon,

receive my best regards,
