Ethicon Endo-Surgery Business Unit Manager

-Managing and monitoring orders and stocks from distributor and the principle as well as act as a link between the distributor and the principle.
-Developing annual business plan and budget for the Unit as well as carrying out quarterly analysis of the business unit expenditure.
-Managing and checking monthly expenses of the sales team as well as marketing activity costs.
-Managing and monitoring orders and stocks movement within the distributor (B2C) and the principle (B2B) as well as acting as a link between the distributor and the principle.
-Carrying out routine weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales projections, analysis and reports.
-Managing customer product complaints and market intelligence reports.
-Managing product complaints and customer feedback reports on product performance.
-Ensuring that the sales team achieves the individual set target for the year.
-Carrying out customer needs analysis and feedback on products as well as product life cycle analysis for New product Introduction and adoption.
-Organizing procedural and product training across key focus surgical specialties.
-Training, mentoring and supporting sales team in order to achieve sales objective by closing gaps in the sales process.
-Managing key accounts as well as working closing with the tender department in order to obtain positive tender outcomes through tendering excellence.
-Order forecasting and projections on monthly and quarterly basis as well as managing back-orders to ensure sufficient stocks availability to meet customer demands.
