I am a specialist in agronomy and market access with wide ranges of experiences in implementing agricultural and food security programs in rural Ethiopia. I have very sound experiences in facilitating dialogue with relevant public and private stakeholders for effective implementation of project activities. In my job I showed high coordination and quality implementation skills in meeting the requirements of the organizations and donors /BMGF, JICA and WFP/. I successfully managed agribusiness and market access programs and provided technical support for subordinate staffs, team members and top level management. I am a persuasive communicator with excellent written and spoken English skills and with good diplomatic and negotiation skills in partnership formation.
