Robert Waliaula is currently working).5 FTE as a Programs funding coordinator for the SIL East Congo group and 0.5FTE as Africa partnership coordinator for SIL LEAD Inc. Robert has excellent knowledge and over 10 years of valuable experience in project cycle management, capacity building and advocacy. Specifically, Robert has experience in program design, planning, management, monitoring and evaluation and also in proposal writing and reporting. Robert has a passion in monitoring and evaluation and assists language programs in the DRC in their annual planning sessions by building capacity of project directors’ in M&E and assists them in developing Monitoring frameworks for their projects. Robert was once contracted by Danish Church Aid in Nairobi to evaluate an HIV/AIDS component of their Mines risk program in Kurmuk, South Sudan.
