I have more than 20 years of progressive professional experience working with local and international non-governmental organizations and with the government on a wide range of topics including: providing technical support to non-governmental organizations on human rights, minority rights, gender and social inclusion; engaging in peacebuilding dialogues, and enhancing civic engagement in decision making process; supporting civil society organizational development and growth; building capacity of civic activists, legislatures and legislative committees; providing technical advisory services on developing the education sector in Iraq. In addition, teaching metrology and process control concepts.

I have the capacity to manage multifaceted projects including planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation for result. I have practical experience in providing technical expertise to enhance civic participation in budgetary decision making on local and national levels, and to advocate for reforming laws and policies in compliance with Human Rights Standards, with special focus on Women and Minority Rights. And, I have an extended experoence in facilitation and trainings.
