Fully knowledgeable of principles and working methods of EU Project Cycle Management, with particular reference to identification, formulation and evaluation of economic and development cooperation programmes, developed during 12 years of collaboration with the EU.

Over 35 years of professional experience, out of which 28 years of field experience in South East Asia, including 7-years as Executive Director of EU-funded European Business Information Centre (EBIC) Malaysia, 3 years as UNIDO Representative in the Philippines, 10 years as Managing Director of a multinational trading company based in Singapore but operating worldwide, and over 8 years of short-term assignments as independent consultant, mostly in Asia, through which acquired strong knowledge and excellent understanding of international trade-related issues, in particular WTO, regional and bilateral FTA, trade policy formulation, competition regulatory framework, as well as Private Sector Development.
