He has led an irreproachable technical career as a project manager and his point of view is based on his solid experience at national and international level, acquired with International Non-Governmental Organizations in the field. Lamine DIARRA has been working for more than 14 years with International Non-Governmental Organizations on helping people affected by armed conflicts or destitute people. He has led humanitarian aid and peacebuilding programs in Côte d'Ivoire, and the Central African Republic in post-conflict contexts and at the field level. Her experiences in these difficult duty countries indicate that Lamine DIARRA has strong skills to adapt to her environment.
