- I have 32 years (1989-2021) experiences of professional work relating to project monitoring and evaluation, policy planning, preparation of development project proposal, project processing, project implementation, results-based M&E systems and socio-economic motivations. Knowledge on M&E methodology

- I have experience and capable to complete any assignments regarding Monitoring and Evaluation for GOB and donor funded projects;

- I have more experience in routine monitoring and evaluation of projects; Conduct baseline, mid-term and end-line survey of projects; Analysis, interpretation and research report preparation; Initiate and organize seminars and discussions on issues relevant to project planning and development.

- I have experience to develop ToR for hiring specialist and consultancy services.

- I designed Results Based M&E system, identified parameters, developed data collection formats and data collection methodology; Qualitative and quantitative data;

- I am well experienced to work with M&E team and prepared annual performance report of the project for the given years;

- All above reports compiled result framework matrix, log frame matrix, outcome indicators, etc.
