For the past 19 years I have worked in the Labour Relations Field. This has given me an extensive background in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Law and Administration. My objective is to delve more in training and Information Technology, which is seemingly the direction cooperation’s are going to meet the ever changing human capital developments. We are in an era where diversity is needed in our disciplines, one person has to be able to multi task and adapt to many disciplines ancillary to their line of duty. I am looking to join an organization that will grant me the opportunity to impart my skills and add value, which has a culture that encourages individual uniqueness, fosters unity to form a team that jointly achieves the objectives of the Organization. I believe HR Construction will give me such an opportunity.
