Hard working, honesty, tolerance and creativity are the values, and I am a disciplined & I want to use my lesson learnt with this project and gain the new knowledge, experience and skills with. I have acquired humanitarian and special purposes of human being, and I am a well favoring of rural development, modern country and serves as equal and to be strict on my mandate, peace, and value change-based.

During my mission I have gained 5 years' experiences in related fields, especially in Project Assessment, Project Management, Data Analyzes, and Program coordination’s, so I am expert of planning, budgeting, organizing, leading, supervising, monitoring, evaluation and reporting. Moreover, I am expert of team ply and team work with a friendly environment.
