Passionate about cultural heritage, I am currently senior consultant and project manager at KEA European Affairs.
Main areas of expertise at European, national and international level include:
- Public policies for the cultural and creative sectors with particular focus on cultural heritage
- Impact of culture and cultural heritage on local/ regional development, including cultural tourism
- Copyright, audio-visual and media
- Innovation in the cultural and creative sector including digitisation and convergence of media
- Role of culture and creativity in economic growth and innovation
- Culture in EU development policies & international cultural relations
- Proposal writing for EU funded project (H2020, INTERREG, URBACT, Creative Europe, ERASMUS+)
Before joining KEA, I have been working on EU funding and policy as project manager/bid writer for more than 5 years in the fields of Research and Innovation (FP7, Horizon 2020) and Development and Cooperation (INTPA / EuropeAid). I also gained first-hand experience in working within cultural organisations during my studies. During the years I've develop strong organisational, planning and coordination skills, team work, sense of action and ability to work in multicultural environments.

Key qualifications: (Relevant to the project):

More than 10 years of experience in EU project/grant management
More than 6 years of experience in cultural policies and policy advice for public authorities (including European Institutions) in the field of culture and creative industries for local development
Experience in policy for conservation, management and valorisation of cultural heritage at EU and international level
Knowledge of EU policy and programs in the field of international cultural relations and international cooperation and development
Working experiences in cultural policy review, evaluation and impact assessment methodologies
Experience in public administration reform/functional review of public bodies (Ministry of Culture)
