Summary of work experience

I have more than 32 years of experience working in the Agriculture sector as researcher, manager and development worker in the areas of Soil fertility/soil nutrient management, crop production, systems agronomy, natural resources management, watershed management, food security, livelihood, resilience and emergency response. I have extensive project/program management experience. I worked with different donors, local NGOs, INGOs and government institutions. I have experience in networking, stakeholder and partner management. Have experience in project budget and staff management and in writing technical and financial reports. Leading the designing, implementation, M&E and reporting of project activities. Experienced in increasing project visibility and in developing and documenting best practices and their dissemination. Experienced in organizing meetings, workshops, trainings and field days. Experienced in project budget and staff management. Experienced in report writing and presentation skills where I have published more than 50 scientific articles in journals, books and conference proceedings. Good team player.
