I am a program management specialist, with over 20 years’ experience in community development, project management, grants management, strategic planning and capacity building for Local/Community Based Organizations and International NGOs. I am a holder of Master of Arts in Development Studies of Uganda Martyrs University and Bachelor of Arts of Makerere University, Kampala. I have good appreciation of designing programs for behaviour change. I have proven operational research skills, facilitation skills, interpersonal and leadership skills, involving managing, developing and motivating teams to achieve organization objectives. I am computer literate and dedicated to excellence. I have experience in partnership development, grants acquisition and management, and advocacy gained through my work and training. I have facilitated the development of strategic plans for Local/Community Based Organizations in Eastern, Northern regions of Uganda. I have also participated in research on social issues that afflict vulnerable children, families and communities. I have demonstrated computer literacy and experience using Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, One-Drive. I have experience with SalesForce. I am a holder of Master of Arts in Development Studies of Uganda Martyrs University and Bachelor of Arts (Social Sciences) of Makerere University, Kampala.
