Stuart J. Green is a marine science and policy practitioner who has spent the last 25 years working across SE Asia, Micronesia, Melanesia and the Pacific.  His focal areas are fisheries, protected areas and policy initiatives.  He has worked in most coastal ecosystems of the region, from coral reef habitats and fisheries to the ocean domain.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Fisheries and Masters in Integrated Coastal Zone Management and has worked with Philanthropies, Multi Laterals, Governments, Civil Society Organizations, Industry and fishers and other stakeholders across the region in producing thoughtful analysis and working towards turning the tide on problems (overfishing, resource degradation, livelihoods) and creating solutions through improving governance.
