Extensive international experience in cooperation projects; excellent diplomatic skills and social skills; excellent networker

Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication and reporting skills; very good analytical, planning, administrative and managerial skills; proven evaluation skills; excellent command of English

Professional knowledge of law and legal matters; excellent knowledge of EU procedures, guidelines and procurement rules; Good knowledge of EU cooperation policies and instruments;

Longstanding experience in transition and implementation of administrative structures and in Public Administration Reform ; proven experience in project management of international cooperation

Longstanding experience from working in international aid projects in the area of administrative reforms in former, current, potential and candidate countries; significant international experience

15 years’ experience in management of development cooperation programs in the areas of harmonization of administration laws, creation of conditions for more efficient, effective and accountable delivery of public services, improvement of policy development process and policy making on local, regional and central level;

Longstanding experience in management of human and logistic support resources and corresponding financial resources

Proven understanding of the policy making process and mechanism; Client and partner orientation, efficient work practices, interdisciplinary thinking and training experience

Proven background in working with a wide range of professionals and top government officials ,high ranking beneficiary representatives e.g., working with or advising senior civil servants, state secretaries, ministers, senior politicians
