Elvin Walela has a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Strathmore University and is currently pursuing an MBA. He has a decade of professional experience in project and partnership management having worked for companies such as Juhudi Kilimo Micro-finance Limited and Pula Advisors Gmbh. In 2020 October, Elvin started a consulting firm that is working with clients across Africa such as Thrive Agric Limited, Farm4Me Limited, Grekkon Limited and CrowdForce as a grants fundraising consultant. He’s proficient in all aspects of project and partnership management, including proposal writing, fundraising, reporting, strategy formulation & implementation, marketing, pitching/presentation, research, product development, stakeholder engagement, customer service management, staff coordination and product sales. 

Over the past 3 years, I  have prepared 34 project proposals for a cumulative $28,064,060 in grant funding, of which 9 ($10,593,060) were successful, 14 ($15,996,000) were unsuccessful and the rest are still under review.
