Professional in International Relations and Political Studies at the Nueva Granada Military University and Master in Human Rights and Democratization at the Externado de Colombia University in agreement with the Carlos III University of Madrid. With certified experience of more than 8 years, in which the experience of building preventive reports with recommendation to the different levels of the administration in the field of Human Rights, the development of Planning activities, of the Standard Model of Internal Control stands out. among other activities typical of the Integrated Quality Management System. The experience in the construction of citizenship, citizen culture, civility and the promotion of co-responsibility between the citizen and public institutions are highlighted, topics from which I have developed activities at the managerial level from the programmatic, executive and communications areas in the Bogotá Mía Foundation.
