DISASTER MANAGEMENT JUNIOR ADMIN ASSISTANT – KENYA RED CROSS SOCIETY (KRCS)

1. Reviewing Donor Proposals
2. Providing assistance in support of planning and implementation of Departmental activities/projects
3. Data collation and collection on the field and preparing reports.
4. Conducting Post Distribution Monitoring (PDM) through households surveys, Focus Group Discussions and Key informants interviews in harsh environments in Kenya. ((Modogashe & Sericho in Garissa, Isiolo, Mandera)
5. Using Microsoft Dynamics NAV for purchase requests such as raising requests for flights and airtime requests.
6. Making travel arrangements such as booking flights, cars and making hotel reservations
7. Ordering and taking stock of department’s supplies
8. Assisting in reviewing reports/proposals
9. Planning and organizing meetings
10. Attending meetings/ conferences and drafting minutes and notes
11. Assisting with preparing correspondences
