Key Qualifications:

15 years of professional work experience in international relations supported by both academic and social research

Teaching experience as an instructor Experience in the internationalization of higher education institutions

Experience in monitoring students’ academic success metrics

Experience in monitoring and reviewing national/international students’ daily life adaptation processes within foreign countries, educational institutions, and local communities

Experience in implementation of EU projects as project manager (European Voluntary Service (EVS) / Erasmus+ KA-103 / KA-107)

Experience in local and international collaboration projects as project coordinator

Proven knowledge and experience in qualitative survey analysis and field analysis

Experience in migration and immigrant integration-related field analysis

Extensive knowledge of European security and security policies

Professional expertise and comprehensive understanding of EU-Turkey relations and screening process (Chapter 31, Foreign, Security, and Defence Policy)

Experience in working for international student recruitment and exchange programs

Experience in defense and security policy analyses

Excellent reporting and presentation skills

Experience in media

High motivation for working in new social and cultural environments
