My name is Degsew Mengistu. I have Diploma in teaching biology and applied Biology from Kotebe Metropolitan University and MSc Degree with food science and nutrition from Addis Ababa University.  And also I have four working experience in biology department of Kotebe Metropolitan University as laboratory assistance especially in Microbiology and five teaching experience and 1 Year as Head of Biology Department in the same University. I received a lot of skills and knowledge from my previous experiences especially about food safety, environmental hygiene, food handling and food processing problems. In addition to these, I have a good experience about data collection, data analysis and practical laboratory methods and Good coordinating skills.
