I am an urbanist with vast experience in urban design, realty intelligence, housing, urban and regional planning, transport and mobility,  management of Informal Human Settlements, financing of infrastructure, and GIS. Since 2001, I have worked as a part-time lecturer in the undergraduate program of Urbanism at UNAM, and taught sporadically, Space Syntax courses at the Urban Design MA program at Oxford Brookes University between 2004 and 2007. Since January of 2023, I have worked as a technical expert at the National Bank of Works and Public Services (BANOBRAS) as part of the National Fund for Infrastructure of Mexico.
