I am a strategic thinker and problem solver with a strong technology, business and management background. I have acquired varied expertise and vast experience over the past 20 years within the business development and strategic management arena, with special focus on achieving efficiencies in business operating structures and enhancing human development through technical skills and management training programmes.

My public service background include the coordination and management of development programmes and project activities for public and private sector organizations and multi-lateral agencies including the World Bank, UNIDO, IDRC, BvLF, OAS and the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago (GORTT).
