Core responsibilities under the current position:
I. Having a Role in Writing Concept Notes/Proposals based on Project Calls’ components together with the National Society by considering the priorities of both IFRC and Turkish Red Crescent Country Plans
II. Preparing field monitoring tools/questionnaires for primary data collection to analyse the capacity and needs of target group/s of the project (spesifically for the needs, barriers, and challenges of labour market by considering Market Delevopment with the aspect of Job Placement and Job Creation through cooperatives and entrepreneurs, and Rural Development in Agriculture)
III. To conduct secondary data collection about the needed areas of the program apart from the primary data collection tools’ implementations.
IV. To organize meeting with relevant public insitituions, UN agencies, and other potential local actors based on the program strategies and for any potential partnership.
V. Keep attending to the inter-agency working group meetings to represent the organization, to share suggestions as needed, to be focal point for being reached for any potential partnership, and to take note the relevant key points to my supervisor, and to and to the Task Team (co-chaired by IFRC,TRC, and UNDP) .
VI. Keep working on Mapping Study for Livelihood Stakeholders including Public Institutions, UN Agencies, I/NGOs, and other potential actors.
VII.Keep working on analyzing the monthly livelihood referrals’ data, tracking the status of the referrals, preparing livelihood dashboard with Information Management Team.
VIII.Keep working on establishing an external livelihood referral mechanism for the transition of the ESSN recipients
IX.Conducting internal info sessions for sharing livelihoods updates to other units of the IFRC to keep communication alive among each other unit
X.To organize capacity development trainings regarding livelihoods including Proposal Writing Training for both Turkish Red Crescent and IFRC staff to strenghten their capacity and increase the efficinecy of the project implementations
