Ali Unekwu Grace works at Education as a Vaccine against HIV&AIDs as the Financial Coordinator, where she supervises over five donors funded projects and other financial officers in the North, South, East, and West Regions to assist Program Managers and Officers with accounting services by compiling, analyzing, and verifying account information, preparing account entries, and delivering financial reporting based on various donors provided guidelines or organization policy as the case maybe. Prior to joining Education as a vaccine, Ali Grace has served in various role in accounting, Administrative, and leadership positions. Ali was previously the Finance and Administrative officer at Farm innovation Nigeria Limited, as well as project finance officer for the project titled Leveraging on technology to provide farmers with technologically improved information to increase their productivity (USAID FUNDED) Ali, was previously an associate Accountant with Abiodun Onifade & co. firm of chartered accountants and a member of the Lions clubs international foundation (A charity arm of LCI to assist lions with humanitarian projects in Nigeria) As a result focused Accountant with over Five (5) years of progressive experience in supporting programs, budget development, financial reporting, auditing and tax computation and filling with the relevant tax bodies, Ali have acquired Experience and good working knowledge of some donor’s guidelines for project implementations some of which are: - USAID, French embassy, UNESCO & GIZ. Ali, is also conversant with the application of IFRS/IAS in financial transactions, Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook and accounting software’s such as Quick book Accounting software. Ali, holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree from Kogi State University in Accounting with an Upper credit division and is currently working on her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Investment.
