- Crisis behavioral health therapist in Deschutes County as a QMHP dealing with a variety of needs from clients regarding active suicidal ideations, trauma, depression, anxiety, mania, and more.

- Working with multidisciplinary teams including the Police Department, Hospital, Case management, and more to aid in the various needs of clients serviced in the community.

- Volunteered to work overnight shifts to aid in crisis 24/7 and fill the gaps in the organization.

- Led in dispatching MCAT (Mobile Crisis Assessment Team) to appropriate crisis in the community by managing the emergency with the direct client over the phone, gathering information to assess the scene, delegating duties of operations to community team members, aiding in creating a safe environment for the client and staff, working with limited resources to plan for the next steps for each individual, and communicating to staff members.
