My professional background has described here for your kind concern,. I have academic background in the same field of Social Science - which is concern to equity and equality of population trend and projection. It is also concern with Women Rights on reproductive health, SRHR and protection; as well as I am fully aware on economic rights and gender equity in her education, personal life and within the community. I have achieved very good success in forming Women Group on knowledge sharing, life skills and income generating activities in Island Chars under DFID Funded Chars Livelihoods Program from 2006 to 2010. I have contributed in collectively commercial activities of women and adolescent of fishermen community at Karnaphuly river bank, adult education on gender rights and empowerment in Chittagong from 2011-2013. I have contributed in women smallholder farmers’ rights and economic empowerment with ICT device and collective marketing by women with DANIDA & USAID Fund in the Southeast parts in Bangladesh. I have also contributed in improving gender equity and rights with life skill education, awareness and motivation on personal protection and life skills towards empowerment in the Rohingya Camp and adjacent host areas with DCA, DIAKONIA & COMIC Funded Emergency Response of UTSA and AGRAJATTRA in Ukhiya and Teknuf under Cox's Bazar district during March 2019- June 2022. I am expert in content and proposal writing, training facilitation, result monitoring and management of development projects in Bangladesh.
