I have 13 years working experience in local and international NGO sector in Malawi, working with vulnerable communities in different areas. I am a highly motivated lady and have a passion to work for marginalized groups of people in ensuring that inclusive development is achieved. I am a self-starter and can set my own goals. I am highly organized and result oriented in my work and I am always eager to learn new things. I am a skilled facilitator in areas of Human Rights (Inclusive Education, Disability Rights, Health – SRHR, Development and Governance). I also have work experience in project management for projects that looked at issues of Education (Primary, Secondary and Tertiary), Economic Empowerment, Democracy and Governance, HIV and AIDS and Rights, Gender, Child Protection and access to Primary Justice. I have experience in working as a Safeguarding lead/focal person.
