Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL)/Geographic Information System (GIS) Manager 01/07/2019-Today.
Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the development of the USAID Activity TerresEauVie MEL system, including progress, performance, and context monitoring; develop processes, tools, and templates to facilitate high quality data collection aligned with USAID data quality criteria
• Contribute to the development of the Activity Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Plan (AMELP)
• Train and manage MEL staff and technical staff to collect, enter, and verify M&E data in an accurate and timely manner
• Contribute to the development and operationalization of a learning program for TerresEauVie with relevant learning questions related to theory of change in collaboration with USAID.
• Support plans developed during the refinement period (work plan, branding and marking plan, national EMPs, and business contingency plan) including MEL considerations as appropriate
• Develop GIS capacity to produce or oversee the development of GIS databases, and the production of graphics, maps, and other visual media as needed to support all project activities
