SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

I have 20 years of experience as a program manager for the United Nations Development Program. My background includes years of identifying potential risks in project implementation, developing data management and reporting strategies for stakeholders, coordinating with local and national governments to improve their climate action strategies, developing inclusive activities for youth and women, implementing climate smart energy efficiency pilots, and evaluating the effectiveness of active and finalized programs. I also have experience drafting policy papers on topics ranging from climate change mitigation and adaption to disaster risk reduction and health vulnerability. Additionally, I have worked on grants management with local NGOs.

I have led a variety of different teams of up to 20 staff, managing work plans and decisions, overseeing project implementation across 8 different work streams, and coordinating with local stakeholders across most aspects of climate change mitigation and adaptation as well as overseeing the development of databases tracking key project activities. Some of her previous projects include solar power municipal infrastructure, greenhouse gas (GHG) inventorying, food systems and water supply resiliency, policy development, and EV charging. More recently, I supported disaster response efforts to address the recent flooding emergency in Kosovo.

I hold a Master’s Degree in electrical engineering and multiple training certificates in energy and business competency.
