I have accumulated extensive experience in donor development projects and private sector.  My work in development projects started in year 2000 and most of my roles were related to operations management responsible for finance, procurement, human resources, and grants management, where the fundings were provided by various international donor agencies, such as, USAID, DFAT, MCC, World Bank, and IDRC.   

I have been working remotely for United States Pharmacopeial Convention (USP), an organization based in USA, since October 2019, as operations consultant, responsible for reviewing standard operating procedures/operations manual, providing start-up support, reviewing compensation and benefits, and conducting other operational aspects.  I am currently looking for opportunities to work remotely to support project operations.
