  • Mr José-Luis BOBES-HERNANDEZ is an infrastructure clean energy finance specialist with more than 25 years of demonstrated achievements in renewable energy, water, ICT and energy efficiency financing. He has a long track record as CEO of Wind Energy and Energy Service Companies (ESCO) as well as a consultant in sustainable energy financing, managing green finance facilities for various donors and development finance institutions. Jose Luis has served as transaction advisor for more than 200 transactions in Africa, the Americas, Eastern Europe and Asia for leading financing institutions and development agencies, like USAID, the EBRD, AUDA-NEPAD, the EU, AFD and others. Mr Bobes led energy efficiency companies and product divisions for the multinational Honeywell in Spain, Germany, Eastern Europe and the USA before starting his career as a consultant.
