Specific experience in:

- Intense experience on Contract Management at international projects

- Intense experience of Fidic Contract Management (Yellow Book, Red Book)

- Experience on claim management and dispute resolution

- Experience with EU, other funded projects

- Experience at management of EU based Service Contracts, Works Contracts,

Supply Contracts and related tendering and procurement procedures

- Experience with EU PRAG rules and procedures implementation

- Intense experience with construction of “Waste Water Treatment Plant Construction”

- Experience with construction of “Sewage / Storm water / Drinking water Line Installations”

- Experience with construction of “Solid Waste Deposit / Landfill Sites”

- Intense experience with construction of “Sea Outfall / Water Intake Line Constructions”

- Experience with import, abroad international trading activities

-More than 10 years of construction management experience from inception to the end of DNP including Projects activity and cost formulation & management including

valuations, variations, and change requests; Contracts Management including

payments, addendums, admin orders, change orders; Contractors / subcontractors

management in terms of performance, contracts, payments etc.; Stakeholders

management; Procurement management including acquisition of contractors/subcontractors.
