I have many years of expertise as a development professional in EU accession countries.

I have 30 years of experience in good governance. My focus areas include public administration reform, decentralization, and regional development, with a specialization in capacity development related to the EU accession process. I have also evaluated various grant proposals for good governance for EU funding and conducted strategic evaluations of good governance efforts under the Austrian ODA from 2010 to 2020.

With 15 years of experience in policy development and coordination, I have contributed to the Integrated Planning System and capacity-building efforts in civil service and decentralization processes.
