Reporting - on financial instruments where beneficiaries are HBOR and HAMAG-BICRO, in charge of processing and monitoring of the preparation of the annual implementation report for EAFRD, quarterly declarations of expenditure for EAFRD, financial reports for EC and national authorities - EAFRD, EAGF and EFF, sending of control statistics to EC etc.)

Coordinating procurement and implementation phases of IT projects - cooperation with project managers on preparation of tender documentation, budgeting, monitoring of the implementation of the projects, preparing project status reports, problems and risks; in charge of relationship management with IT service providers) e.g. overall management and coordination of financial activities under the projects as well as cooperation and coordination with relevant departments within the Ministry of Agriculture

Providing assistance to project managers and final beneficiaries e.g. process owners on financial management matters, planning and reporting

Setting up of Business intelligence system - monitoring of the project implementation, development of OLAP cube for Finance Services and coordination of development of other OLAP cubes such as Rural Development, Direct payments, Register of farmers, On the spot checks etc; preparation of user request, testing of data, confirmation of functional specifications, communication with other beneficiaries regarding development of other OLAP cubes
