I have focused my career on developing strategies and leading programs that work to solve inequality in education, food security, environmental impacts, and the internal work environment. I have a diverse background in program, project and people management in corporate tech, non-profit, and startups, and have worked globally in six countries including Brazil, China, India, Honduras, and Papua New Guinea. 

I bring my empathetic and compassionate leadership style and a deep understanding of global and local cultures to my work. I am passionate about building community through developing strong partnerships as well as creating space within organizations for employees to feel heard and deepen a sense of belonging.
