PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:

International development cooperation: working experience on international projects and negotiations with multilateral and bilateral institutions / public and private stakeholders / civil society. Management of financial and technical projects along the complete project cycle, including appraisal, negotiation, monitoring and evaluation, for loans/grants/technical assistance projects. o Work experience in development cooperation: 9-10 years o Work experience with MENA / Arab countries: 5 years • Agri-food, renewable energy, environment: transition towards sustainable development, experience and education in agri-food value chains and in photovoltaic energy, incl. agri-photovoltaics (Agri-PV), experience in private sector development applied to PV and agri-food. o Work experience in renewable energy or agriculture: 5-6 years • Support to Small and Medium Enterprises (SME): development and upgrade, trade capacities, energy consumption. Work experience covering SMEs: 4-5 years.
