With more than 18 years of experience with 12years as Public Health specialist, I am a Medical Practitioner by training holding a master’s degree of science and a Master of Public Health (MSC, MPH), Option Health Policy and Planning. I am currently an independent consultant and I used to be a Visiting Professor at the National Institute of Public Health (INSP) Burundi. 

I am experienced in Management, Leadership and Governance, Monitoring, evaluation and learning, HIV/AIDS care and management, Global Health, and Strategic purchasing. I have been in several positions within the health system in Burundi, from the district level, National level respectively District Manager and Head of the Hospital, Country Coordination Mechanism Permanent Secretary (CPSD) and Director General of Health Planning, monitoring, evaluation, and Learning. My skills and experience are high in Resource mobilization, project Management, planning and evaluation, training, civil society engagement etc…
