Supervision of the baseline survey in the Moughataas of Monguel (municipalities of Melzem teichet and Bokol) and Barkéol (communes of Ghabra, Boulahrath and Redheidhie); • Monitoring of landscape mapping and different land users and land uses; • Monitoring the participatory development of land use plans; • Supervision of the purchase of agricultural tools and machinery; • Development of technical annexes to LoAs (letters of agreement) with NGOs; • Identification, supervision and monitoring and evaluation of reforestation sites (400 ha), protection sites and RNA (Assisted Natural Regeneration) 1000 ha carried out by NGOs.
