Country Coordinator for the Consolidation of Peace, Justice and Reconciliation

1. Conduct baseline studies and field research on existing or emerging conflict areas and develop strategies for appropriate response;
2. Identification, design and implementation of peacebuilding, justice and reconciliation programs in accordance with the organization's strategy, approach and policies;
3. Develop training modules adapted to different communities and audiences;
4. Train and equip associates, volunteers and partners with skills in peacebuilding, mediation, conflict management, restorative justice, human rights, reconciliation through forgiveness and interfaith dialogue in accordance with to the organization's programs;
5. Develop peacebuilding initiatives for women to empower them to become more involved in peacebuilding, conflict management, conflict resolution and women's rights;
6. Serve as lead writer providing ideas on budget design for funding proposals and presenting them to meet specific donor needs.
7. Develop annual budgets for the peacebuilding, justice and reconciliation department;
8. Identify possible sources of funding to support peacebuilding, restorative justice, civic education, women's rights and reconciliation projects and programs;
9. Represent the organization in peace conferences and forums related to conflict resolution, reconciliation, restorative justice, human rights and interfaith dialogue.
