I have been working at country and regional level managing program and medium to large scale multi-countries’ projects providing technical expertise to the organizations that I have been involved with using innovative participatory management approaches in managing and implementing human rights program for women, children and young people as well as the communities they live in with specific focus on their meaningful engagement and empowerment. Also being one of the focal points in the senior management and upholding a vision for transformation, I hold myself accountable for driving quality in the management and implementation of all the wide range of humanitarian and development work with a commitment to ensuring equality, diversity and inclusion in all areas of organizational programming.
