K NOWLEDGE , S KILLS & A BILITIES Create multisectoral and interdisciplinary stakeholder (including government, CSOs/NGOs, private sector and international donors) collaboration and coordination for implementation ◊ Full cycle management of and guidance to programs/projects and operations including development of budgets, performance-based implementation plans, data monitoring and evaluation frameworks for analysis, planning, oversight and reporting ◊ Align program and operations functions through systems and strategy design ◊ Nimble engagement with government, CBO/NGO and private sector leadership for implementation & oversight, communication management and resource allocation ◊ Representative and Point-of-Contact for leadership of multisectoral and interdisciplinary stakeholders ◊ CBO/NGO management and capacity building
