A senior expert with over 20 years experience in the field of social protection and assistance, particularly, extensive experience in social protection/assistance system development and targeting across a number of issue areas, most notably, poverty alleviation, child protection, disability, unemployment and labour market issues and health care.
Recently took position as Component Leader in a USAID funded project which aims at strengthening the social protection system in Armenia, most notably in the field of social assistance and social inclusion, capacity building within governmental institutes, policy advice, etc.
