Fiona Hübers is a development professional, specialized in TVET and employment-related projects. She has worked with different European development agencies and banks, both in Europe and abroad. She is now working as a freelance consultant, supporting organisations in the formulation, follow-up, and evaluation of development projects.
She has practical experience working in France, Germany, Côte d’Ivoire, Congo (Republic), Guinea, Jordan, Rwanda, and Tanzania. 
Fiona is fluent in French, German, and English, speaks Spanish and has notions of Arabic (Levantine dialect). She is based in Marseille, France.
