Be responsible for and control the entire program. Provide technical support throughout project implementation, including management of project staff and sub-grantees. Be responsible for administration, program management, performance monitoring, including Annual Program Reports (APR), semi-annual and quarterly reports.

Assure the primary representation and institutional liaison with USAID/Côte d’Ivoire and have regular and transparent communication with the USAID/Côte d’Ivoire Agreement Agent Representative (AOR) and/or Activity Manager.

Ensure that grantees and sub-grantees meet USAID, PEPFAR and program requirements
