Government and Regulatory Engagement:
Develop strategic relationships with government authorities to secure business growth, especially in government projects.
Represent and promote the company with local trade associations, government, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure financial practices and compliance align with statutory regulations and legislation.

Business Development and Investment:
Drive strategic investments with various stakeholders to support business growth, profitability, and sustainability.
Act as the primary contact for potential clients in Bangladesh regarding new project opportunities, coordinating with the regional sales team.
Support the sales department in capturing new business, maintaining client relationships, and preparing proposals.

Performance and Market Management:
Foster a performance management culture within the country.
Continuously monitor the Bangladesh market and engage in business development activities.
Regularly meet with clients, contractors, and partners to develop strategies, execute projects, pursue new business, negotiate contracts, and review project statuses.

Team and Project Management:
Build and manage a team of local engineering experts and sub-contractors.
Lead the setup of project administrative infrastructure for site supervision projects.
Assist in the development of strategic plans to ensure the sustainable growth of Fichtner's presence in Bangladesh.

Public Representation:
