A dedicated young emerging evaluator and research professional, currently serving as a Research & Operations Officer at MONEV Studio, where she leads and supports various innovative M&E literacy programs and research-based services for public and professional audiences. With extensive expertise in monitoring and evaluation, research methodologies, and data-driven advocacy, she plays a critical role in designing and implementing M&E frameworks, impact assessments, and knowledge management strategies. Her passion lies in evidence-based public health research, epidemiology, and digital health transformation. Previously, she worked as a Data Assistant (M&E) at an international NGO focused on child protection, where she was responsible for data integrity, program evaluation, and performance monitoring. She has also collaborated with the USAID CHISU (Country Health Information Systems and Data Use) Program to support Indonesia’s digital health initiatives. Committed to continuous learning and impact-driven research, she remains actively engaged in youth health advocacy through a youth-led health community in Indonesia.
